People are embracing the thing that made them different growing up instead of letting that thing elicit shame.

Everyone's going to fail at some point. Even if you choose the steadiest career, you're going to go through that.

If the expression of and advocating for your values makes you lose a job or a person, then that person/job sorta just... wasn't your heart's tribe.

I've had the career experience. I've had the experience of taking care of myself. I'm going to college because I genuinely want to learn.

What counts in Hollywood is box office. It doesn't really matter what people think of you as an actor because, as long as you have been in a movie that has made money, you will always get another job.

Office holders are a self-selected group; you don't get elected if you don't put your name on the ballot. There are many people who would do a great job, but who would never think to run. Find them. Badger them. Get them elected. They might not thank you for it, but a lot of other people will.

Unfortunately, my football career wasn't very long. The reason I finished playing was because I fractured both ankles in a matter of months.
