Growing up, I had always looked up to LG as a big brand and they are doing very well.

Growing up I've been playing as an attacking midfielder, more central in the midfield. I wouldn't say if I'm most comfortable there but that's where I grew up playing.

I was growing up in England and England was the only national team I knew, so I was actually very pleased to play at the national level.

I would say each day I'm still growing and still learning, but negatives, obviously they're always going to criticise me for my goals and assists, which I need to add to my game if I want to be compared with the people I'm playing with.

Physically I was not strong enough to play at Celtic and I know myself it was not my best time as a football player, for sure.

I got put into leadership roles very early in life from fifth grade, sixth grade. I always ended up being the quarterback or the leader of the sports teams, and it's kind of benefiting me now.

I somewhere along the way became fascinated with exploring characters who are willing to put themselves into violent situations, whether it's football, hockey, boxing, being a cop, being a soldier. There's not a lot of people who are willing to put themselves into those situations.

Pro football was taking off when I became commissioner, and when a sport's successful and you're its chief executive officer, much of the credit flows to you and you develop a good track record.
