Growing up the way I grew up, food was scarce. So when you had an opportunity to eat, you ate. When I graduated from high school and went to college, I weighed 160 pounds. So, I knew I had to put on the weight. I ate everything from fried food to fried chicken wings. When I came to Green Bay, I did the same thing because I was 172 pounds.

You know, even though I feel that I can still play the game, God has made the answer clear to me. Retirement is now. I have to retire as a Green Bay Packer.

I work out every day, and I challenge myself. I've got a couple of friends who do CrossFit; I'm not a huge CrossFit guy, but I love the challenge.

I'm born and raised in Houston, Texas, but Wisconsin is always going to be a home for me, and I'll always be back.

English football gives other leagues an advantage. There are some traditions you can't change, I realise that. Boxing Day is non-negotiable. But you can't play nine games in December and nine in January. You have to stop at some point.

Any football player will tell you that in July you get this dark cloud over you if you know camp's coming.

I didn't play any extreme sports growing up. I never surfed, and I grew up in Santa Cruz. I was very good at doing what I was told, taking direction, and staying middle of the road. I mean, they called me 'grandma' in college.

A takeover or a player doing something wrong can take the focus away from what the most important thing is, which is to play football.
