I think actually it's kind of sad because something I looked forward to just getting to the NFL growing up was just being able to have more fun, the rules loosen up, being able to celebrate.

Notre Dame was my dream school growing up. But in recruiting, they had some other plans, what position they wanted me to play.

Ohio means a lot to me. Kinda like a second home, just the memories I have here and the fans I made while at Ohio State with the things that I accomplished at that great university.

The great thing about sports is you constantly have to prove yourself. You constantly have to go out there and do it, day in and day out.

I'm convinced that promoting sport is an intelligent way of educating our children.

Sport is healthy, but it can be the opposite of that at the top level. You have so many injuries; you put your body through so much. You wake up at 2 in the morning, and you cannot move.

For every athlete, Olympics is the target, but mine is a little different. I am focusing on improving my timing; that's what I think about.
