Congress is attempting to eviscerate women's health care. Like many women across America, I am outraged.

I go to bed when the kids go to bed because I get up when they get up at 5.

People are increasingly realising that what they eat is important. You can't put junk food in your body and be healthy. All sorts of problems can develop, like diabetes, heart disease, obesity, strokes. Gardening not only helps with exercise and mental health, but it can improve diet as well.

In order to resist injuries and stay healthy, you have to be mobile and agile. You have to be able to have your body work for you.

I know that fitness helps me to be better at everything I do and to live my life in the best possible way, so it has become a genuine passion, even outside of cricket.

I'm just trying to spread the word and upturn the myth that actually you should be resting after cancer treatment. You shouldn't; you should be getting out and doing any kind of exercise you can. You don't have to run a marathon, but you just have to up your activity levels.
