Civil servants are fully aware of the challenges the British economy faces. They are, after all, working tirelessly and professionally to support the coalition government through the current challenges, every day, and in every part of Britain.

There are too many countries where the values we take for granted in our civil servants simply do not exist. Seeing these values in action, applied with dedication by hardworking individuals, makes me proud to lead a service that is making life better for millions across Britain.

The use of the Internet, the use of Twitter, the way protest movements developed... This is a different world.

I'm very proud with how my story has gone. I've played for some very big teams, and it is not normal how I got there. It is a dream for every player to have this kind of career, so I am very proud of this.

Take control of who you report to, what you do, what you create. Or start a business on the side. Deliver some value, any value, to anybody, to somebody, and watch that value compound into a career.

Sometimes you work with people, and you just don't want to even be in their space, but you do it because it's your job, you know.

If you look at my career and you look at the span of my work and the things I have done, as far as to garner fame, you'll see that I have turned down more interviews than I do. Or I turn down more things than I do.
