It's good to unpeel layers of yourself, and we're unpeeling layers of the group. We are growing and evolving. It'll reflect in the music.

Coming off 'Reflection,' what we really wanted to do was be more vulnerable.

It's so important for us to be able to talk about body positivity and accepting yourself and loving yourself because we've all been in a place where we're insecure.

If we were all kind, if we were all loving and respectful to one another, this world would be so different. So it starts with you, and you can do it. Don't let anything hold you back!

We're both getting older, our children are starting to leave home. But I can say that I'm just as passionate a songwriter now in my 50s as I was in my 20s. But instead of talking about the general kind of angst that I felt as a teenager, I'm writing about more specific issues.

Benchmark has got a lot of playability. You can sit with your family and friends, and you’ll all have an opinion about what the answer is. What’s amazing is when some of the answers are revealed, it creates even more discussion."

Financial security is crucial for your family, and I have a large family. Money does matter when you don't have it. When you need it, you realise the value of it. In that sense, money will always have value.

I think my feet were on the ground, and I had good family around me. It comes down to who you are and your upbringing.
