Learning how to put someone in an arm lock without breaking their arm... It's quite handy isn't it?

Since I was 21, I have not been able to sleep past 9 A.M.; I just want to get up and do something.

I'm fascinated by sports, the buzz of winning, and the buzz of losing.

I hate chilling. I hate even the notion of chilling. I like doing stuff.

I've come to find that I am definitely not cut out for the isolated writer thing, locking myself away and writing and bleeding over words alone. I'd rather share my pain with people.

I love writing songs. I love doing my radio show and talking to the fans and listening to what they have to say, but there's a certain responsibility that comes along with being given the gift of music. I take that seriously, but at the same time I try to use it to do something that makes a difference in a positive way.

Hunger, inadequate medical care, poor housing, and inferior schools are enemies of the sense of wonder. It is easier and less expensive in the long run to prevent a loss of imagination by providing adequate nutrition, housing, medical care, and schooling than it is to try to restore that loss.

I believe in imagination. I did Kramer vs. Kramer before I had children. But the mother I would be was already inside me.
