Hong Kong might be a small place, but its people make it unique. The iconic images of skyscrapers in this bustling metropolis are famous around the world, but it is the people of Hong Kong, standing up for their city on the streets, who make it truly great.

As the remaining voices for civil disobedience are suppressed, the political spectrum narrows even further.

We will continue civil disobedience to fight for democracy and for human rights in Hong Kong.

The president of CBS handpicked me for the 'Star Search' revival, which Arsenio Hall hosted. He picked 12 comics, and I was the only female. I always look to that as inspiration.

Being in the special forces has really broken a lot of the limitations I thought I had. Thoughts like 'We've done this much, so we should take a break now' were ones that I had to ignore and overcome in my training. They taught me how to keep going, no matter how difficult a situation can get.

I hope I just keep continuing to inspire a lot of people and trying to make a change in this world.
