The last person I'd date is some rich kid who's had everything handed to her on a plate. Give me a normal girl any day.

There was a ton of fighting between my mother and father. The kids would be thrown into the middle, to choose sides.

You can't take a coal miner making $95,000 a year, the only work in these parts where you can support a family without having to hold down three jobs at once... and tell them, 'You can make minimum wage,' or, 'We can give you job training for jobs that don't exist in West Virginia.'

The two impulses in travel are to get away from home, and the other is to pursue something - a landscape, people, an exotic place. Certainly finding a place that you like or discovering something unusual is a very sustaining thing in travel.

My advice for young Latinas interested in pursuing a career in Hollywood is to make sure you love to perform and make sure you get the training you need.
