Learning to drive is a scary thing for a parent. I had to basically lie to get the keys when I was a kid.

I love adventure, so I'm excited to be working on something new and making the transition from reality show contestant to host.

Who knows, I have always lived one day at a time. Probably more adventure and excitement.

I have been able to travel all over the country and see many places that I probably never would have visited. I have also participated in many charity events for worthy causes.

A very sad moment for me was when my parents separated - a lot of crying, 'It's tragic, we're now a broken family, blah blah blah blah blah' - although my psychological problems stopped. I actually felt healthier.

I do recognise I have a responsibility to the audience. They feel fairly confident that if I'm in something, they can sit down with their family and be entertained by it. I don't desperately want to change that.

My daughter gets a lot of her natural music ability from her mother because she's a world-class singer, also.

I enjoy the pain my body goes through. If you're in a hard moment in a fight, there's a lot of things go through your mind. But the most important thing to me is family.
