I'm an advocate for if you take something, you have to give something back, and I think Raw Spirit shares that philosophy. I love that it gives back to the communities they partner with. It's just truly a pure of hearted company.

When you pump up your exercise, it makes you feel better and makes you look better, so you do a better job. It's mental, too.

A good story can travel in time and borders; it hits you no matter where you are.

I wanted to write an adventure in the old-fashioned way, something to which I could apply the adjective 'rollicking' and not feel embarrassed. But I've never liked my heroes to be too heroic, so they ended up being a bunch of criminals instead.

Time travel may be achieved one day, or it may not. But if it is, it should not require any fundamental change in world-view, at least for those who broadly share the world view I am presenting in this book.

It's wonderful to learn about new cultures and to be able to travel easily to so many countries.
