Families represent the basic building blocks of our society, and primary care a foundational piece of any healthcare system.

How could I remain a spectator while Singapore faces such complex challenges? How could I not step forward when I know I have more to contribute to the country we all worked to build?

It's concerning to me when people look at the course of education as just a means for getting a job four years later. If you're just doing this because it is going to lead to a 'good job,' you're better off doing something you're genuinely interested in.

We shouldn't just consider the desire of government to do what it wants to do. We should always consider the resistance of people. The culture of Iranian people doesn't let the government drag people into deep trouble or backlash. Maybe government wants it, but the culture doesn't let it go on.

I fell through the holes in the educational system. But education is still a way to change a life.

I think it is absolutely essential in a democracy to have competition in the media, a lot of competition, and we seem to be moving away from that.
