We need legislation that encourages increased competition and tort reform and combats fraud, waste, and abuse. This would drive down health care costs, provide more 'bottom line' for our small businesses and lead to more private sector job growth.

The decision to use military force should always be one made with the utmost caution, with U.S. interests at stake, and with the consent of Congress.

This is what my calling is now. I'm here to try to help our party.

People are starving for truth and leadership.

I don't think it takes much for a cult to be a cult. Many parts of our society are cultish, and you only need a charismatic leader and some teachings, and before you know it, you have a cult.

But I do not believe that the world would be entirely different if there were more women leaders. Maybe if everybody in leadership was a woman, you might not get into the conflicts in the first place. But if you watch the women who have made it to the top, they haven't exactly been non-aggressive - including me.

As a young black boy, it made me proud to see black leaders that did something amazing and made the world change.

One mistake is that managers practice position-ship rather than leadership. They focus on constituency, the people they need the most and depend on, only caring about how they are viewed by the leaders above them, thereby following position-ship.
